Kylee (formerly known as ‘Liria’) is a professional flutist and sound healer with over 25 years of experience in music and teaching.

Her work blends technical mastery with intuitive, heart-led expression - helping students feel safe, confident, and inspired as they begin their musical journey.

She created this course for those who feel drawn to the flute but want a path that is gentle, meaningful, and deeply supportive.

After being a competitive classical flutist who struggled with ADHD, medication made everything worse, so she turned to meditation instead.

This started to change her life, and led her down a holistic path of healing.

Eventually in 2021 when her father died of colon cancer, she had a spiritual experience in a meditation that led her to learning different types of flutes and sound healing.

Over the past 7 years in Austin she has hosted 1000 sound baths, has her own Sound Healing Certification Program, and teaches adults and complete beginners how to play the Native Flute for peace and healing.

She has recorded for Opus, been featured on a variety of albums and video game soundtracks, and continues to host private events as well as perform around Austin.
